PDRN Reedle Shot Eye Lifter
This is a very good eye-cream from VT Cosmetics, though I am not sure if it is worth the PDRN and vibrating head hype. It has the usual VT elements - CICA Reedle, PDRN, etc, it is supposed to help with elasticity and firming of the around the eye area and also improve skin texture. I have tested two of those eye creams back to back and the change I saw was minimal, although positive. It does help with de-puffing the eyes, because of the cool vibration head, but I have tried better products in terms of wrinkle reduction around the eyes.
It has a very smooth consistency, that absorbs and dries out quickly, so I would imagine it would work well under makeup (I have not tested this).
